External auditors

The IFRS financial statements are audited by an independent audit firm.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

Auditor selection: In accordance with Minutes No. 6 (z) of the in-person meeting of the Commission dated 11 October 2024, the Commission selected PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and recommended that the authorised bodies of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and its subsidiaries appoint it as external auditor for 2025–2027.
Contract: Accordingly, Volkovgeology JSC entered into contract No. 115-24-VG dated 7 November 2024 with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for the procurement of audit services for the audit of the IFRS financial statements for 2025, 2026 and 2027, with the amount of payment for audit services not exceeding KZT 26,635,432 (twenty-six million six hundred thirty-five thousand four hundred thirty-two) including VAT, comprising: KZT 8,088,192 (eight million eighty-eight thousand one hundred ninety-two) including VAT for 2025, KZT 8,904,160 (eight million nine hundred four thousand one hundred sixty) including VAT for 2026 and KZT 9,643,080 (nine million six hundred forty-three thousand eighty) including VAT for 2027.
