The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 31 May 2024 approved the annual financial statements of Volkovgeology JSC for 2023.
Preferred-share dividends for 2023 were scheduled for payment from 17 June 2024. The guaranteed dividend per preferred share was KZT 8.50, payable by bank transfer.
