In accordance with Article 24.1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies No. 415-II of 13 May 2003, Volkovgeology JSC transferred unclaimed dividends on preferred shares to a special account opened with the Central Securities Depository for unclaimed funds.
