The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 May 2025 approved the annual financial statements of Volkovgeology JSC for 2024.
In accordance with the Company's Charter and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies, preferred-share dividends for 2024 were scheduled for payment from 16 June 2025. The guaranteed dividend per preferred share was KZT 8.50. Payments were made by bank transfer.
In accordance with Article 24.1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies No. 415-II of 13 May 2003, Volkovgeology JSC transferred unclaimed dividends on preferred shares to a special account opened with the Central Securities Depository. Shareholders who had not received dividends before 2023 should therefore contact the Depository.
Shareholders whose current identification or bank details are absent from the Central Securities Depository system must update those details before payment can be made.
