Volkovgeology JSC disclosed a major interested-party transaction concluded on 14 March 2017.
The transaction was Addendum No. 2 to Contract No. 456/NAK-14 dated 30 December 2014 for single-source procurement of pumping, injection and monitoring well construction for mine-development work at the Central Mynkuduk deposit.
Customer: NAC Kazatomprom JSC. Contractor: Volkovgeology JSC. The competent body approved the transaction on 13 March 2017.
