Volkovgeology JSC disclosed a major interested-party transaction dated 24 April 2017.
The transaction was Addendum No. 2 to Contract No. 458/NAK-14/692 dated 30 December 2014 for single-source procurement of process-well construction for mine-development work at the Kanzhugan deposit.
Customer: NAC Kazatomprom JSC. Contractor: Volkovgeology JSC. The competent body approved the transaction on 21 April 2017.
