In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies, Volkovgeology JSC disclosed an interested-party transaction dated 27 November 2017.
The transaction was a single-source contract with Inkai Joint Venture LLP for construction of process wells in 2017 and experimental determination of technology parameters intended to improve the speed and quality of well construction using different fluid-circulation methods at Area No. 1 of the Inkai deposit.
Customer: Inkai Joint Venture LLP. Contractor: Volkovgeology JSC. The competent body of Volkovgeology JSC approved the transaction on 27 November 2017.
