In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies, Volkovgeology JSC disclosed an interested-party transaction dated 27 November 2017.
The transaction was Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. 93/RBM-K-17/0278 dated 3 May 2017 with Rusburmash-Kazakhstan Joint Venture LLP for construction of process wells at the Kharasan-1 area of the North Kharasan deposit in 2017 by single-source procurement.
Customer: Rusburmash-Kazakhstan Joint Venture LLP. Contractor: Volkovgeology JSC. The competent body of Volkovgeology JSC approved the transaction on 27 November 2017.
