Volkovgeology JSC notified holders of preferred shares that, from 1 April 2021, dividends on preferred shares would be paid exclusively to shareholders' bank accounts.
Shareholders were asked to provide bank details and copies of identity documents in advance. Any changes in personal data were to be submitted to the Central Securities Depository.
Where the Depository did not hold current shareholder details, dividend payment was suspended until the required information was entered in the Company's shareholder-register system.
