The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 May 2021 approved the annual financial statements of Volkovgeology JSC for 2020.
Preferred-share dividends for 2020 were scheduled for payment from 9 June 2021. The guaranteed dividend per preferred share was KZT 8.50, payable by bank transfer.
Shareholders without current identification or bank-account details in the Central Securities Depository system were required to update those details before payment could be made.
