The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 31 May 2022 approved the annual financial statements of Volkovgeology JSC for 2021.
Preferred-share dividends for 2021 were scheduled for payment from 22 June 2022. The guaranteed dividend per preferred share was KZT 8.50, payable by bank transfer.
