Volkovgeology JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, whose results were approved on 30 May 2025, resolved not to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2024.
In accordance with the Charter of Volkovgeology JSC and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Joint Stock Companies, dividends on preferred shares for 2024 were scheduled for payment from 16 June 2025.
KZT 644,784 was allocated for preferred-share dividends. The guaranteed dividend per preferred share was KZT 8.50. Payments were made in cash by bank transfer to shareholders' settlement accounts.
